The Cleanser

Healing turmeric and cinnamon make this a go-to if you're detoxing or suffer from skin problems.
Servings: 1 -2 smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dairy free milk
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • ½ cup berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Juice from one lemon

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. You can also leave the cinnamon out and sprinkle it on as garnish.
