Ingredients

Summer Glow Smoothie

  • 1 ⁄2 large cucumber peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 ⁄4 cup coconut water or water
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Stevia to taste optional
  • Ice optional

Strawberry Dreams Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut rice or hemp milk
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp ground flaxseed meal or chia seeds

Good Mood Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond coconut, or rice milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp raw organic honey or stevia to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients. Drink immediately, or freeze in an ice cube tray, then place in a mason jar in the fridge to melt a few hours before you're ready to drink.
