For the Cocktail

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • Freshly squeezed juice from one lemon
  • 1 cup gin

For the Ginger Syrup

  • 2- inch piece ginger peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or unrefined brown sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water

To serve

  • Ice cubes lemon slices and fresh cranberries


  • Prepare the ginger syrup first - place all the ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Strain and let cool.
  • Place the cranberry juice, gin and lemon juice in a pitcher, add the cooled ginger syrup and mix well to combine.
  • Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch evenly.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and fresh cranberries.


You can use lime instead of lemon. If you already have the ginger syrup, you'll have the cocktail ready in just a few minutes.
