Non-dairy Pesto

A dairy-free fresh pesto, great as a sauce, spread or on chicken burgers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil chopped
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about a minute until smooth.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
