Berry Smoothie Bombs

These smoothie bombs are nutrient-dense boosters to add to any smoothie. Made with flax, berries, and coconut, they're full of antioxidants and healthy fat.

  • Combine everything in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. To get the different colors like I did, simply play around with the ratio of berries. More acai powder will make darker smoothie bombs, while more goji powder will make lighter smoothie bombs.
  • Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and place it in the freezer for several hours or overnight.
  • Add 3 or 4 bombs to your next smoothie and blend as usual.

Notes

Transfer any unused smoothie bombs to an airtight container and store in the freezer indefinitely.
Feel free to mix up the fruits and superfoods to your liking.
