Essential Oil Anxiety Blend

These 9 essential oils for anxiety are a surprisingly effective and natural way to help deal with feelings of anxiousness

Equipment

  • 5 ml amber bottle

Instructions

  • Mix all essential oils in a 5 ml bottle. Shake to thoroughly combine.
  • To use in a diffuser: Add 5-10 drops to your diffuser (depending on manufacturer’s suggestions) and diffuse intermittently as needed.
  • To use as perfume: Add 10-15 drops to a 10 ml roller ball and fill the rest of the way with your favorite carrier oil. Apply to your wrists, neck, temples, and/or behind the ears.
  • To use as massage oil: Add 5-6 drops to 1 teaspoon carrier oil and use to massage the head, neck, shoulders, or feet.
  • To use in an inhaler: Place 1-2 drops on a cotton ball, strip of paper, or a stick inhaler. Place under your nose and inhale as needed.
  • To use in a bath: Mix 10-15 drops with 2 teaspoons milk or fractionated coconut oil and add to a warm bath. Soak for half an hour.
