Ingredients
Shredded chicken

farro

feta cheese

Kalamata olives

balsamic vinegar

olive oil
Half of a lemon
juiced

Italian herbs
Tomatoes
onions, kale
Instructions
Mix farro with chicken, balsamic, herbs, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, and kale.
Place into a bowl and top with feta, olives, and lemon juice.
Enjoy warm or cold.
