Greek Chicken Bowl

Ingredients

  • Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup farro
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • Half of a lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Tomatoes onions, kale

Instructions

  • Mix farro with chicken, balsamic, herbs, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, and kale.
  • Place into a bowl and top with feta, olives, and lemon juice.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
