Immune Boost Smoothie

This immune-boosting smoothie contains major antioxidant power to help you avoid the sniffles this winter.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dairy free milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root
  • 5 drops stevia or 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
