Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 cup kale
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ½ green apple
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root, freshly grated

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
