Cinnamon Berry Smoothie

Vanilla and cinnamon are a perfect complement to the berries in this creamy smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups dairy-free plant milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 drops vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
