I take Flintstones multi-vitamin, Turmeric, Selenium, Vitamin C (or fruit juice), and Grapeseed oil. Used to eat a lot of Olive oil, but Grapeseed is so much better.

Nothing of what you mentioned is correct.
Please follow my advice:
1.Fish oil or cod liver oil for two months.(no other alternative)
2. Wash you face with sulfate free cleanser and in the night please don’t you put anything on your skin(your skin needs transformation).
3. Don’t use anything like aloe Vera or citrus on your skin. You will make it dark. Trast time and be patient. NO TRIALS ON YOUR SKIN OF ANY PRODUCTS.
4. Take camomile petals only and a bit of Levanda and have a cup of coffee full of petals and another one with levanda. Every day boil baby water(not from the house or any water else) and add one tea spoon of petals of camomile and 1/3 of the tea spoon Levanda. Use a cup of coffee and at first the two spoons and then the hot baby water. Leave it for 15 minites and the add in 3-4 cotton pads that usually use to clean your face. Leave the on-site 1-3 min and then squeeze them little and apply them on your face for 15min. Then remove them and wash your face as regular. (This is for morning and night). Every day new tea!!!
5. Avoid sun and heat and dirty areas!! Stay calm
6. Pray to GOD because can do miracles!
7. In a month just run out from the house without any cream or protection!! Enjoy your live

I'd say read the benefits if each, and according to what your skin needs most, start with those supplements. You definitely want something that will hydrate and help with collagen formation and elasticity. Also, can I suggest Ashley Black's fasciablaster. She has a small one for tge face, called the faceblaster. Check her out on Instagram and Facebook. It will do wonders for you face and body. Also, incorporate face massage, face yoga, or facial exercises. Face massage and face yoga work best for me. I'm 56, and a grandmom and people literally never believe me.
